It would not connect to provider. After I purchased the eSIM I read about the similar problem other people had. Not happy

Reliable at first, but...

It works but I don't know why it suddenly stopped working 2 days before my trip has finished. I was not able to use it for the whole duration of the data plan that I booked.

Great travel eSIM

We went to London for Christmas and wanted to use an eSIM to stay in touch and avoid high roaming bills from the provider. We (4) decided to use Yesim and where not disappointed. The installation was automatically and just needed to turn it on when we arrived in the UK. Coverage was very good and they offer standard and unlimited data plans. We can highly recommend it. Keeping a powerbank is a great thing to have to charge your phone on the go.

HOLAFLY e sim

Do NOT deal with this company. the e sim which is advertised by British airways does not work. I purchased it for USA and my friend purchased it for France. It never worked . I managed to download the e sim. however it never worked with any data or calls. The website is a joke and I have sent at least 10 emails requesting a refund, but they have not processed it as they say I have not requested a refund. My friend had the same experience .The company has caused me mega aggravation on my lovely holiday. I wouldn't wish this on anyone. TAke care and suggest Britishairways severs connection with them.

Installation was easier than expected, and the instructions were clear. I think it's great that I don't need physical SIM cards anymore. It also saves space in my smartphone, which is convenient as I often travel.

Easy to use

The eSIM is easy to use. You just scan the QR code and the eSIM will be added to your phone. Turn on data and data roaming, choose the eSIM as the default line for data usage and that's it.

fast and easy redemption! the only downside is that you need to get someone to show you the qr code before u can scan it too. other than that, highly recommended. the speed is pretty ok, just no tiktok.

Good customer service

First time using eSim but the customer service was quick and enthusiast so we were able to set it up no problem. The rest of the trip was smooth with good connection.

This eSim for UK was not what expected. Many areas of UK had no or poo reception. Plus only data. No calls or texting available. Would have been better off buying a new Sim card instead.
